Use a 1\/4\" endmill to finish the pocket to match the 1\/8\" radius on the clamp.  Leave about .005\" side clearance and about .025\" clamp to part clearance and install the clamp. Insert .025\" shim stock in-between the clamp and the pocket and tighten down till the wedge is flush.
